Shipping and Delivery

We only ship within the UK.  Our rates are as follows:

  • £2.50 for orders under £20
  • FREE delivery on all orders £20 and over

We also offer FREE in store collection on ALL ITEMS (no minimum required) if you would like to pick up from

You will have the option to select delivery or collection on the checkout screen.

We use Royal Mail 2nd “signed for” delivery. Provided the goods are in stock, customers can expect delivery in 3 to 5 working days. However, a signature will be required upon receipt. If you need for item(s) to be shipped to a location other than you billing address (e.g., work), be sure to input the correct delivery location on the checkout screen.

We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion.

The risk in delivery of the goods passes to you on the commencement of supply or transportation to you or, where you will not accept supply on the date of delivery, to temporary storage arranged by us or the postal / courier service making the delivery.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

Should you receive a faulty item, please call us on 07840 748769 or email us on info@theonlywayisknitting.co.uk and we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement.

I’ve received a wrong item.

Please call us on 07840 748769 or email us on info@theonlywayisknitting.co.uk.   We will issue either an exchange or full refund.

One of my items is missing, what do I do?

If one of your items is missing from your order,  please call us on 07840 748769 or email us on info@theonlywayisknitting.co.uk and they will send it out to you, free of charge.
